Summary/Objective
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Reporting Analyst supports the organization by collecting, organizing, and maintaining reporting data used across multiple teams. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of recurring and ad‑hoc reports that inform daily operations and leadership decision‑making.
The Reporting Analyst works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs, prepare dashboards and summaries, and support data quality standards. This position is ideal for an early‑career analytics professional looking to grow reporting, data management, and business insights skills in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Essential Functions
Compile and organize data from multiple internal systems for recurring and ad‑hoc reporting
Maintain accurate, timely reports and dashboards to support operational and leadership visibility
Partner with team members to clarify reporting requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines
Perform basic data quality checks to validate accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify variances, trends, or potential data issues in reporting outputs
Support documentation of reporting processes, metric definitions, and data standards
Responsibilities & Duties
Collect and consolidate reporting data on a scheduled and as‑needed basis
Update and maintain recurring reports to ensure ongoing reliability and consistency
Assist in preparing dashboards, summaries, and visual reporting materials for internal stakeholders
Collaborate with department contacts to understand evolving reporting needs
Review datasets for anomalies or inconsistencies and escalate issues as appropriate
Support centralized reporting initiatives, system integrations, or migrations
Maintain clear documentation to support repeatable and standardized reporting practices
Adhere to company policies related to data accuracy, security, and governance

Job requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required
2–3 years of experience supporting reporting, analytics, or data‑related functions required
Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools required
Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar query languages preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
Basic understanding of database concepts and structured data environments preferred
Experience with or exposure to HubSpot CRM preferred
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured datasets
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and deadlines
Curiosity and interest in learning reporting best practices, data standards, and governance
Travel
No travel required for this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a hybrid work schedule, subject to management approval. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility in hours allowed based on management’s discretion.

Compensation
Minimum: $28.00/hour - Maximum: $34.00/hour USD
