Summary/Objective
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on social media management. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand engagement. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with our client service and business development teams to implement campaigns, manage social platforms, track analytics, and support broader marketing initiatives.
Essential Functions
Create and implement a cross-platform social media strategy to enhance awareness and credibility for 7 Pillars, staying updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms while collaborating with the team on visual and written content development.
Monitor social channels for trends, comments, and engagement opportunities, and track performance metrics to generate monthly reports on reach and campaign effectiveness.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, print, and events), coordinating timelines and deliverables between departments and external vendors.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy, support content development for various platforms, and maintain an organized library of digital assets and marketing collateral.
Responsibilities & Duties
Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
Point of contact for content updates for website and all marketing collateral.
Copywriting, planning, managing, posting, and monitoring firm’s social media accounts.
Email copywriting, creation, and automation for monthly newsletter and ad-hoc campaigns.
Data analysis and measurement of digital and social campaigns.
Working with agency partners, vendors and freelancers, if applicable.
Creative and digital support on campaigns and programs in collaboration with both Chief Marketing Officer and firm’s executive and planning teams.
Assist in marketing and planning upcoming events, conferences and seminars.
Active collaborator across affiliate family to ensure full business collaboration and cross-promotion of campaigns.

Job requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years of marketing work experience within the financial or dental industry highly desired
Must have working business knowledge of traditional, digital, and social media
Strong written and oral communication skills with experience writing short and long-form collateral
Ability to edit basic HTML and proficiency using a website content management system (WordPress)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva
Experience with email automation tools
Experience with social media platforms including (but not limited to) Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, technical-savvy marketer with the willingness and desire to learn and implement new tools
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience and comfort prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the desire to contribute to the overall efficiency and innovation within the team
Problem solver with strong decision-making skills, yet the discernment to know when to seek supervisory assistance
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed based on management's approval. Once fully trained, this role offers a hybrid work arrangement; 3 days in-office presence is required. Additionally, an in-office presence is expected for training, team meetings, or as other business needs dictate.

Compensation
Minimum: $60,000.00 - Maximum: $70,000.00
