About the Inside Sales Representative (aka Member Advocate)

For the Inside Sales Representative (aka Member Advocate), every day is always fast paced, with new relationships to build, something new to learn, and old friends to reconnect with. As a champion of the ELITE sales and retention team, the Inside Sales Representative’s primary focus is to ensure that new customers become a part of ELITE, and that they stay with us for the long term. With the Inside Sales Representative’s ability to listen and discover needs, their attention to detail and amazing follow up skills, ELITE’s customer base grows and thrives, ensuring the success not only of our business, but the success of the independent dentists that we serve.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Communicate with leads to discover needs, providing education about the ELITE membership, closing sales, including presenting demos, conducting all follow-up communications, and assisting with registrations
  • Complete platform introductions with new ELITE Members to ensure an understanding of the membership, discovering needs, connecting with ELITE vendor partners, setting expectations, and completing follow-ups
  • Complete reviews on a consistent basis to ensure members are utilizing vendor partners, maximizing their membership, and all contact and company information is properly updated
  • Attend in-person and virtual consultations with our partner company’s clients to introduce the ELITE platform, encourage new memberships, or perform membership reviews, and providing customer service assistance to the partner teams
  • Perform collection calls as needed for membership payments
  • Participate in team meetings and bringing fresh, creative ideas for creating efficiencies, problem solving, and ways to grow the Company
  • Provide excellent customer service support as a backup to the Member Services Coordinator and/or Member Success Coordinator, including answering phone calls and responding to email requests as needed
  • Utilize the Company’s technology to ensure complete data accuracy and documentation for all leads and customers
  • Have a thorough understanding of the ELITE vendor network, including all vendor offerings and promotions, and participating in all Company trainings

  • Accountable and Relationship Driven

Education & Experience

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Dental industry experience preferred
  • Completion of a technical program, an associate degree, or bachelor’s degree preferred


Travel

Out of town travel with overnight stays may be required 1-2 times per year. Attending the out of town annual Company Meeting required.


Work Environment

This is an in-office, full-time, exempt position. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and bend or stand, as necessary.

Compensation
Minimum: $60,000 - Maximum: $90,000
