Summary/Objective 

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager oversees all aspects of digital marketing, content creation, and the Elite Dental Alliance website, with the goal of building brand awareness, increasing current member engagement and growing new members. 

 

Essential Functions 

  1. Develop, write, and edit compelling content for digital channels including the website, social media, emails, and blogs 

  1. Design and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation 

  1. Oversee and manage relationships with the marketing agency; ensure timely delivery and quality of outsourced marketing services 

  1. Maintain, update, and optimize the company website for user experience, SEO, and content freshness 

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for the Cain Watters and Associates marketing team; coordinate joint initiatives and marketing efforts 

  1. Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, recommending optimizations where needed 

  1. Ensure that all digital content aligns with ELITE Dental Alliance’s brand voice, standards, and guidelines 

 

Responsibilities & Duties 

  1. Write, edit, and publish engaging content for the website, emails, social media, and blogs  

  1. Develop marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, and digital ads  

  1. Update website content and images to ensure current information 

  1. Perform basic website maintenance and coordinate with developers for enhancements 

  1. Monitor website analytics and optimize SEO  

  1. Communicate with the marketing agency on ongoing campaigns and deliverables  

  1. Review and approve agency-created content and reports  

  1. Track agency performance and ensure deadlines are met 

  1. Act as the main point of contact for collaborative marketing initiatives 

  1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms 

  1. Monitor campaigns, make real-time adjustments, and report on results 

  1. Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages 

  1. Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with insights for improvements  

  1. Ensure digital materials align with brand guidelines and tone 

  1. Stay updated on industry trends and explore new tools to expand brand reach

Job requirements

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated content and copywriting skills 

  • Strong portfolio of written content across multiple digital channels; must submit a writing sample(s) 

  • Experience working with or managing digital marketing agencies and vendor partners 

  • Proven experience managing and updating websites (experience with CMS platforms required) 

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to analyze marketing data and develop actionable insights 

  • Familiarity with dental industry marketing is a plus 

 

Travel 

This position may require travel to attend events, gather content, or support in-person campaigns.  

 

Work Environment 

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.   

 

Physical Demands 

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.   

 

Position Type & Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule, subject to management approval. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility in hours allowed based on management’s discretion.
