Summary/Objective 

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Channel Marketing Manager will be the primary point of contact for our vendors and will play a crucial role in coordinating events that drive marketing tactics, brand engagement, and partnership success.  

 

Essential Functions 

  1. Act as the main liaison between ELITE Dental Alliance and our vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration 

  1. Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to enhance vendor relationships and drive business growth 

  1. Coordinate and manage events, including trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities, to showcase our vendor partnerships and services 

  1. Analyze market trends and vendor performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the channel 

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business goals 

  1. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization 

  1. Maintain an organized system for tracking vendor communications, event logistics, and marketing materials 

 

Responsibilities & Duties 

  1. Respond to vendor inquiries and provide timely support 

  1. Schedule regular check-ins with vendors to discuss initiatives 

  1. Plan and organize events, trade shows, and webinars 

  1. Coordinate logistics including venue selection and catering 

  1. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials 

  1. Review channel marketing strategies based on vendor performance 

  1. Develop campaigns to promote vendor products or services 

  1. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and events 

  1. Prepare reports on channel performance metrics for stakeholders 

  1. Create and update marketing collaterals like brochures and social media posts 

  1. Generate engaging content highlighting vendor partnerships 

  1. Align marketing efforts with sales objectives and new product launches 

  1. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities 

  1. Monitor and manage the budget for channel marketing 

  1. Attend industry events to build relationships with vendors and partners

Job requirements

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing or a similar role  

  • Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and coordinating events 

  • Strong organizational skills and an operational mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships 

  • Must be a strategic thinker with a hands-on operational approach to channel marketing 

  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus 

 

Travel 

This position may require travel to attend events, gather content, or support in-person campaigns.  

 

Work Environment 

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.   

 

Physical Demands 

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.   

 

Position Type & Expected Hours of Work 

This is a full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule, subject to management approval. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility in hours allowed based on management’s discretion.
